Kundenmeinung: Fine because of the nice facilities, but with some odd and surprising gaps due to service. There was the aforementioned coffee/service experience, plus:
(1) The reception didn't warn us when we checked in that if we only took 1 keycard, we'd be unable to have 1 person stay in the room while another went out to fetch something, which of course immediately became an issue. Indeed, one cannot even use the elevator without a keycard. This led to an annoying episode of having to take the stairs, then not be able to get back in to the lobby level to get a second keycard (instead, having to hike down to the only open exit and go on a safari around the outer perimeter of the building, back to the front).
(2) It isn't clearly explained how parking validation works. Indeed, it doesn't work at all like you'd expect, rather, to get guest credit for parking, you actually have to pay for the parking at the front desk, not at the machine. This is not marked on the parking payment machine, or explained at reception, or anywhere else we saw. This led to an episode of being semi-stuck trying to leave the hotel.
Honestly, we found the overall experience a bit surreal, like being in a dystopian futuristic story. But it seems like this would all be easy to fix, in which case, we'd go back!
